Blue Ridge Longhorns & Rescue, owned by Bubba Bollier, is built around a deep respect for the Texas Longhorn and a commitment to producing balanced, high-quality cattle.
For many years, Bubba shared that vision with his longtime business partner and friend, John Marshall. Following John’s passing, Bubba chose to continue the legacy they built together through the M brand and the Blue Ridge name, carrying forward the breeding philosophy, relationships, and dedication to the Longhorn breed that defined their partnership.
Our breeding program focuses on the complete animal, with an emphasis on horn, conformation, disposition, and productivity. Through careful breeding decisions, including the use of artificial insemination and embryo transfer, we continue working to improve the herd while honoring the foundation established over the years.
Located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Blue Ridge Longhorns & Rescue is surrounded by rolling ridges, native wildflowers, and a landscape that feels like a natural home for Texas Longhorns.
Today, the goal remains the same: raise quality cattle, preserve the character of the breed, and continue the Blue Ridge legacy for generations to come.
